Payment Policies and Fees

• Monthly tuition is due on the day of the first lesson of the month and covers the total number of lessons the student will receive in that month (usually four or five lessons). 
• Payments not received by the second lesson in the month will result in suspension of lessons until payment is received in full. 
• In-person recital fees are $30 per student.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation request notices must be submitted to me at least 24 hours before the parent or student wishes to cancel or reschedule the lesson. Notices received less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may result in forfeiture of the lesson makeup. 
• If a student gets sick the day of a lesson, I will offer to reschedule as my schedule allows. Please give me a few hours’ notice if possible. 
• Same day lesson time changes are contingent on my availability and can’t be guaranteed.
• Should I need to cancel a lesson on the day of due to illness or other reason, the student will be given a makeup lesson on a future date. 
• Students will get one makeup lesson per month due to cancellation/rescheduling by parent/student (excepting illness). For a lesson cancelled by me, students will be guaranteed a makeup lesson. 
• Missed lessons can be made up by adding time to subsequent lessons based on my availability.
